Why can’t I find Readcap on my App Store search?

Readcap requires iOS 18.0 or later. If your device cannot install iOS 18, the app may not appear as compatible.

How does Readcap handle privacy?

Readcap uses iCloud sync and does not sell personal data. See the Privacy Policy for complete details.

Is Readcap compatible with older iPhones?

You'll need iOS 18.0 or later — if your iPhone supports that update, you're all set.

Is Readcap available on iPad, Mac, or Android?

Right now it's iPhone-only. I'm exploring iPad and Mac support. Android isn't planned yet, but that could change if enough readers ask for it.

Can I export my reading data?

Yes — you can export all your reading data as CSV, or create a full backup that you can import again anytime.

Can I import books from Goodreads?

Yes. Readcap supports Goodreads imports, so you can bring your existing library along.

Does Readcap work offline?

Yes. Core features like logging updates, browsing your library, and reading summaries work without an internet connection. iCloud syncs when you reconnect.
